UI: Browser [open and close]

Create an UI with two buttons, to start and close.

Start button:

• Enabled when no browser session is open from Selenium drivers.
• Disabled when there is an active browser session opened by Selenium drivers.
• On click, it triggers the opening of a browser.

Close button:

• Enabled when there is a browser session open from Selenium drivers.
• Disabled when there is no active browser session opened by Selenium drivers.
• On click, it quits the browser session.
