"downstream recipients" is not well-defined #11

Description

@tieguy

"downstream recipients" isn't defined in the Exception and isn't defined in GPL v3. You can pull a definition out of the general knowledge of open source, but that will not match up with the rest of the license (which says it must be granted to "anyone who comes into possession of a copy").

This branch attempts to remedy the problem by making the second clause parallel Sec. 5(c) of the main license. But I'm not sure it works:

Downside: it is less comprehensible to mere humans :(
Upside: it is no longer basically a clone of the "purpose" sentence, and it is more clear to an expert lawyer trying to pair this with Sec. 5 of the license.

Curious to hear from others on this point.
