Thermostat name clarity

[M-R-Schaefer]

          the names are a bit misleading since both the NPTThermostat and SVCRBarostat can be used for either NPT or NVT. It's not like in Gromacs where we specify the T and P couple separately.

We can think of something for the future i'd say
