Node tree does not support indexed nodes #41
Description
The current node tree implementation does not support indexed nodes.
Indexed nodes have a variable size (e.g. waveforms/waves).
Since indexed nodes are not returned by list node unless explicitly specifying their full path, the node tree does not pick them up during its initialization.
