How to change the path of eigen correctly?

Thanks for sharing the code.

I'm trying to implement your paper through the code you provided.
But when I saw the "change the path of eigen and libigl", included in the installation of libigl,
I don't even know where the eigen file/folder is!
I guessed it is in the libigl folder and search for it in that folder but still failed.
What should I do?

eigen is a dependency of libigl. You can download it here. When you git clone eigen, be sure to switch over to a stable branch such as origin/3.4.

Next, edit my_arap.sh as follows:
g++ -std=c++11 -pthread -I /path/to/libigl/include -I /path/to/eigen/Eigen/ my_arap.cpp -o my_arap

If you run into a linker error saying that /usr/bin/ld cannot open up the eigen library, try symlinking eigen/Eigen and eigen/unsupported to your /usr/local/include directory:

sudo ln -sf /absolute/path/to/eigen/Eigen /usr/local/include/Eigen
sudo ln -sf /absolute/path/to/eigen/unsupported /usr/local/include/unsupported

With the eigen library in your standard c++ path, you no longer need to include it as a g++ flag. Your my_arap.sh file can, instead, look like this:

g++ -std=c++11 -pthread -I /path/to/libigl/include my_arap.cpp -o my_arap
