Adding theme support for Blask

Change the style of your blog by setting a config variable.

Hi! one way to solve this could be to add an environment variable in settings.py that points to static/styles.css.
What do you think? We could even add two or three example styles.

Hi @cacrespo! I thought a lot about this feature. Currently my solution (not implemented) was adding a variable in settings with the theme itself (a bunch of templates and stylesheets) and make the Flask app look for templates inside that folder.

Just an idea :-)
