scrollbars styling with scrollbar-width: thin; leads to unusable scrollbar

What happened?

The custom scrollbars on certain websites appear excessively small when rendered in Zen, making them difficult and frustrating to use. This is due to Zen's default scrollbar width being smaller than that of other browsers. Furthermore, the margin near the end of the scrollbar prevents users from easily engaging it by moving the mouse to the far right edge of the screen, as the scrollbar loses focus. As a result, the scrollbar becomes practically unusable. The attached example site demonstrates this issue particularly well: app.santiment.net and gemini.google.com

@dosubot yes, issue still relevant, but can became little less important when #8461 is being merged. because problem with margin will disappears

This is still an issue. Yes, scrolling on edge fixes usability somewhat but only for fullscreen windows and only when you're scrolling the whole page. What about when not in fullscreen, or when you're scrolling just an element in a page?

The way zen works now, if any website uses scrollbar-width: thin the scrollbars are not only unusable, but straight up invisible most of the time.

Since zen has thin scrollbars by default, I think it should just ignore scrollbar-width: thin completely.
