Implementation of Refresh and RefreshAsync

Hello, would it be possible to implement Refresh and RefreshAsync?

Hi @Stoyan-Bukovich. Thanks for your input. And I'm really sorry for replying just now... For some reason I did not receive any notification and it's been a while since I last checked this repository...

This definitely comes too late but, the reason Refresh and RefreshAync are not implemented is because this implementation only uses Absolute Expiration. Sliding Expiration represents an interesting, but bit more complex (and time-consuming) challenge. Without Sliding Expiration, Refresh will not be able to do any actual refresh.
