move qaprosoft/postgres to the zebrunner hub docker

qaprosoft:postgres docker image was removed somehow...
we pushed back as a workaround but need to use zebrunner hub docker repository for that

done. pushed the same 9.6 to the ebrunner ECR: public.ecr.aws/zebrunner/postgres:9.6 ans reused inside docker-compose.yml
