About dual-substrate‘s issue #18

Hello, this is indeed a very useful tool. However, regarding my current design, I have some questions. My enzyme is a dual-substrate enzyme. How should I handle this situation? Now I'm setting up a row for each of the two substrates when designing the table. I want to know if this approach is already the optimal solution? At the same time, if this method is adopted, for the obtained results, do I have any reasonable ways to integrate the results of the dual substrates?
