Can I use this software to insert delays into RoCEv2 packets?

Using perftest's ib_write_bw test results in an error. Packet capture on the source port shows TCP connection establishment packets and RDMA write packets. However, packet capture on the destination port only shows TCP connection establishment packets without any RDMA packets.

I just checked the code, and it shouldn't differentiate between UDP and TCP, so this behavior is a bit strange. I'm not sure if packet reordering might be occurring during software processing in transit.
