Here is a list of profession items which I found so far in the Midnight beta. All of these provide +3 profession knowledge points once per character:

Alchemy

Measured Ladle - Atal'Aman 49, 23 (middle sub zone in Zul'Aman)
Freshly plucked peacebloom - Silvermoon 49, 75
Pristine Potion - Silvermoon 47, 51 (on the upper level)
Vial of Rootlands Oddities - Harandar 34, 24 (inside building)
Vial of Zul'Aman Oddities - Zul'Aman 45, 51

Enchanting

Enchanted Amani Mask - Atal'Aman 48, 22 (middle sub zone in Zul'Aman)

• I will update this issue when I find more.
• As I did not find a map coords addon working in the beta so far, I used a macro to find the coordinates:

I would recommend using the below to get the cords as it will return the 8 digits we need to pin point it more accurately
