Ru'murh can spawn at a different location depending on the day and where the active rumors are.
You can use the Rumor Map or the Rumors Map Bundle to see all the active rumors where some of Ru'murh or Thimble are on a given day.
Instead of what's noted currently, today's active Ru'murh is at 77.44, 42.91.

Apparently this same day, Ru'murh was also at [64.28, 75.17], [68.72, 51.07], City of Threads - Lower [55.70, 47.85]

Additionally, Webster was available today at 57.09, 41.92 by the town's tunnel portal.
