Zapversations in comment section

Need to get both the Nostr fetching/publishing and UI feeds for comments on point, with regards to having zap-comments in the mix with comments.

• Comments on zaps at any level in the tree

• Zaps on comments at any level in the tree

• Displaying them all in one chronological chat-like feed in the modal that opens when users click a root comment/zap

Most elegant left-brain solution:

IF we zap a comment or zap or anything deeper in the thread like that:

1. Publish an actual zap (with a comment/coontent in it)
2. Reference that zap in a kind 1111 with "z" tag, where the comment has the exact same content as the zap.

That way it's 100% backwards compatible with anything else and we get the benefit of having actual zaps in the thread.

"z" tag can specify amount too, so we can conditionally render the comments as zap-comments.
