Before starting the job, I clicked on two buttons in the setup
So I get these files in "db" folder
I choose 3 files to run a test
But there will only be 2 files of reports (I tried 2 times)
Check the log in "results" folder, I found this
BLAST Database error: Could not find volume or alias file (nt.009) referenced in alias file (/srv/shiny-server/www/db/blast/nt). So I check "db\blast", there are only nt.000 to nt.008 in the second attempt. In the first attempt, it's nt.005 not found, and there are only nt.000 to nt.004.
