Reproduction / 复现过程

1. just use conda active python3.12 version enviroment
2. install transformers 5.3.0
3. install vllm >= 0.17.0 (do this step but failed install vllm)

Expected behavior / 期待表现

install vllm success with transformers 5.3.0

first install vllm first,then install transformers。Then ignore the error message, try to launch vllm with the modle.
