What is the recommended prompt for the model to produce plain text instead of markdown or html?

@JaredforReal I am serving locally using MLX-VLM. I currently use

Recognize the text in the image and output as plain text only. \
        Do not use any Markdown, HTML, or other markup. \
        Preserve the original layout using whitespace and line breaks only. \
        Do not fabricate content that does not exist in the image.
       

But sometimes it still produces markdown.
