LC crashes as soon as i start the .exe

so, every time i double click to open, the "compass thingy" appears and then crashes and it appears the message "close application/wait for application to respond"

It was working before i went to bed. I woke up and its not working.

Changes: i added a modified item filter with custom sounds, but even without poe open it crashes. 

Help pls =)
