DWD tables #48
Description
The German met office (DWD) uses additional tables entries like 013194 "MAXIMUM OF DAILY PRECIPITATION".
What would be the best way to make these known to the reader?
The table descriptions are available in a text file format similar to the WMO versions (https://opendata.dwd.de/weather/lib/bufr/bufrtables_libdwd-v1.1.9-5.tar.bz2). Could it be an option to write a parser for these files?
Or is there a way to inject the missing definitions in the lookup tables at runtime?
