Make ONE chat that works

We need a reference implementation client that should implement all XEPs to at least test them.
The Gajim (Python) or Psi (C++ QT) are the most close to this.
Other closest are Conversations (Android) and ConverseJS.
The Psi currently is the most adequate but UI is outdated and not actively developed.
