Config Error or Bug - Opening/Closing Apps Transparent UI with a Border?

Hello,

I'm running CachyOS with i3 and picom 12.5.

When I open and close apps, the UIs all appear for a quick instance transparent with a light black colored border around them.

I don't know if this is just an end-user error, I need to change/configure something in the config file, or there's a bug here?

Any help would be greatly appreciated to solve this, it's really bothersome looking at, I'm really trying hard to make this look good, not having success with this issue.
