Problem with connection

Hi,
Thank you for this guide. I followed the instructions but for some reason I get an error trying to connect to the server

What could be causing this issue? I tried from android and connection is unsuccessful as well.

Also - to verify that it's a Windows client issue, can you try connecting to the server from your phone?
