Description

Microsoft Store listings sometimes fail to fetch packages. This issue appears to intermittent on the scale of days

Steps To Reproduce

Unknown, happens with various MS Store apps. No correlation, happens with both MSIX and Win32 listings

Expected behavior

Microsoft Store source should be able to consistently fetch, download, and install packages.
