Error Code: 026-3010 when attempting to use a Download Code in Theme Shop

I get Error Code 026-3010 ("The connection to the server has timed out due to inactivity.") when I try to download a theme from Theme Shop using a download code.

I have been having the same issue as well. Claims that it is due to "user inactivity" and that the connection times out because of it.

I have no issue for updating a game (eshop with Sky3DS+)
