Bug reported from test: Add, Modify & Delete Users

My actions were as follows:

1. Login to the system: Open your browser, go to the site http://www.test-test.com and log into the system
2. Go to the User Management Tab: In the upper right corner, press the Users Definition Icon to be taken to this area of the application
3. Create a new user: Add a new user to the system
4. Edit user information: Go to an existing user and modify his first name, last name and phone number
   The actual result was : bug bla
