azshell --reset cannot find file to remove

I have multiple tenants and was following the guidance to do a reset and got the following:
```
PS C:\Users\wbhyd> azshell --reset
2019/07/17 14:15:55 Failed to remove settings: remove C:\Users\wbhyd/.azshell/settings.json: The system cannot find the file specified.
PS C:\Users\wbhyd>
```
I have one tenant working but can't seem to get the other one working.
