Missing icons

There are supposed to be icons? They are showing error symbol(?)

I'm on GNOME 43.3, installed from extensions

Hi,
These icons are normaly standard on GNOME, i use ubuntu gnome 42 and 43.0, they came from the GTK stock image.
I will investigate ASAP.

Forgot to mention, I'm on Arch Linux. Maybe there're fonts need to be installed?

May be a problem with the theme, but i don't know. I had chosen these icons i was believing they were standard with GTK3 and GTK4 many app use "gtk-ok" and "gtk-cancel".If this issue appear on other i will copy these icons in the extension "bundle".
If any one has info on what icon are standard or not let me know.

I have this same issue but I thought they were standard icons as well. Slackware 15.1 (Current) Gnome 43.4

Pop!_OS has the same issue...

The oversized buttons and toggle switch are weird too, but not nearly as bad as the missing icons. Personally I would just replace them with text, it's not like there are a lot of buttons...

When functioning icons are nice, i hesitate to suppress them but i will add text where there is only icon, in the feed source dialog it is ok and cancel.
