Remove File Manager Macro page due to lack of documentation and usage examples

After installing and obtaining the trial license, admin user can observe in breadcrumb menu parent and siblings pages of FileManager. One of the pages provides the usage of macro that allows to show a file manager document in a nice box. It's File Manager Document macro. But the page's content is empty due to invalid page references, if to login as superadmin, then this user can see a source code of page.

I assume the expected result was the presentation of usage and result of it.

I'm renaming this issue and changing it to improvement, since this page exists from the start and comes from contrib version https://github.com/xwiki-contrib/application-filemanager/blob/4443e2e3bcec97b2572bb8f750246587b475b8d6/ui/src/main/resources/FileManager/FileManagerMacro.xml#L344.

In my opinion, there is no point in keeping this page at all, since the "FileManagerMacro" macro never used.
