Can't locate @rpath/libffi.dylib

llgo build processed rpath, but can't locate it.

llgo run/build calls install_name_tool to change rpath, which is a feature needed for distribution, not for compilation. Integrating it into the compilation process actually causes a series of problems. I suggest adding a parameter to toggle this functionality. Also, by default, it should not call install_name_tool to modify rpath.

I got the same error - when executing the binary locally that was built by llgo in the action, it shows an error that libffi.dylib cannot be found
