It is not accepting encryption id/ password

I was on Edge on W11-64 bit and had created browsersync id,

Now I switched to Edge w8-64 bit and when I give my encryption id and password, it is only giving "Back", and "Sync" option is not coming active.

What did I miss? It is asking for a sync id, but I don't think I have any thing other that the above two, at the time of sync. I also checked my mails, and there is no mail from browsersync in my mails telling me all my ids and passwords. The website is not giving any option to retrieve lost password or anything.

How exactly are you running this cryptic for such a simple thing?
