FP8 (not INT8) FSR4 on a PC with SteamOS

Bit of a noob here, so thanks in advanced for your patience.

When using Decky with a PC with SteamOS and an AMD 90 series GPU, is it possible to use the FP8 (not int8) variant of FSR4?

And, if so, is it as simple as swapping out the link to the dll file here?

You can do that, or running proton GE 10-26 or later if you add PROTON_FSR4_RDNA3_UPGRADE=1 behind the fgmod command you will override the loaded DLL with the AMD provided one and use fp8 emulation instead of the community compiled DLL

let me know how that goes, ive not tried extensively but based on how the command works in umu-protonfixes it should dll override before opti grabs it

Hey Im completely new to this, so would the command be PROTON_FSR4_RDNA3_UPGRADE=1 ~/fgmod/fgmod %command%? Or ~/fgmod/fgmod %command% PROTON_FSR4_RDNA3_UPGRADE=1
