On Windows 11, the progress indicator on the wxMaxima taskbar icon is permanently stuck in indeterminate mode.
It looks like either wxTaskBarButton::PulseProgress() is being called somewhere in the code, or there is another underlying issue. In any case, having the progress indicator constantly remain in indeterminate mode is clearly incorrect behavior.
