Possibility to indicate cell type pre-clustering for high resolution ?

Thank you for the great work on this package !
I am wondering whether it would be feasible to indicate, in the manner made possible in MusiC for instance, some cell type pre-clustering and associated gene markers, to deconvolve iteratively cell type proportions ?
