Blacksmithing Reborn weapons

Describe the bug
The sim does not think that you are able to put an eye of the black prince (additional gem socket) on the blacksmithing reborn weapons, in this case Blazefury, Reborn This might be because for some reason it thinks its from a later phase and even in game it seems to think it is because unlike every other piece of gear in the game it requires 250 valor to upgrade instead of justice points.

Even when importing from wowsims addon it doesnt recognize that it has a socket
