feat(tutorial): create "new tutorial v1"

 - HTML Tutorial is all information and videos for onboarding and feature presentations,
 - The launcher is html iframe to launch the integration user experience within WorkAdventure. This application will be set in our back office administration and available to WorkAdventure customers.
