Move `FileProvide` from `mediapicker:source-camera` to parent `mediapicker` module

It's quite unexpected that the mediapicker:source-camera module has FileProvider in the manifest, although it doesn't really use it. I wonder - does it make sense to move declaration of FileProvider to manifest of the parent mediapicker module (context)?
