item decription page is adding in deciamals.

hi !
i used this project in asp.net and most of the things went smooth but when i try to add to cart in the description page it adds in decimal. for example if i want to add a shirt of **Rs1900** it will add and show me **Rs0.19** in the cart. anyone who can help.
