add examples of metadata generated by WIS2Box

WIS2Box has a basic and useful metadata editor that many data providers use. Do you think we should add key examples of records generated by the WIS2Box?

• useful for data providers
• useful feedback for wis2box dev team as well
• adding examples in https://github.com/wmo-im/wcmp2/tree/main/examples
• on new version, examples will also get published to https://schemas.wmo.int/wcmp/2
• no need to add to Manual

ACTIONS:

• @amilan17 to generate wis2box-based examples to branch and open PR for TT review/approve
• @amilan17 to delete stale branch https://github.com/wmo-im/wcmp2/tree/wis2box-md and start new branch/work

Should we use real examples created from wis2box? For this PR, I just downloaded a couple example records from wis2box trainings and changed the metadata id.

• set metadata id: to urn:wmo:md:int-wmo-wis2box-test:aviation-metar

• empirical examples > test samples
• need to balance w/ exemplifying various domains/etc.
• how valuable is it to have wis2box based examples (knowing that users are using wis2box-webapp/UI [for the most part] for dataset management]?)
• domain-based examples are especially valuable (per Request for additional examples #225), e.g. for themes/concepts'
• ACTION: validate requirement for wis2box based examples, and potentially close this issue and PR example records from wis2box training #275, in lieu of Request for additional examples #225
