Utterances not being traned

The issue we are facing is that we are training utterances with specific intents, but whenever we use the message API nothing is being returned.

We are training the utterance main menu with the intent: main_menu_en. App id: 2312343629223759
We are training the utterance القائمة الرئيسية with the intent: main_menu_ar. App id: 24985998217756994

When calling the utterances API it returns 200 result:

But when calling message API nothing is returned:
