It's looking up game titles from XboxUnity, the code can be viewed in src/TitleHelper/TitleHelper.cpp and is disabled with the --offline argument in CLI or by ticking the "Offline Mode" box in the GUI, I'm working on an update so titles will just be stored in a big json file locally and the online function won't be necessary
