[macOS] "env: node: No such file or directory" error due to `env -S` flag in Claude Code shebang

## Bug Description
Claudia fails to launch Claude Code sessions on macOS with error "env: node: No such file or directory"

## Environment
- **OS**: macOS (ARM64)
- **Claudia Version**: Latest (built from source)
- **Node Version**: v18.20.8 (via Homebrew)
- **Claude Code Version**: 1.0.40

## Root Cause
The issue is caused by the shebang in Claude Code script:
```bash
#!/usr/bin/env -S node --no-warnings --enable-source-maps

The -S flag in /usr/bin/env is not properly supported in the execution context that Claudia uses on macOS.

Reproduction Steps

1. Install Claude Code via npm: npm install -g @anthropic-ai/claude-code
2. Launch Claudia
3. Create/open a CC Project
4. Try to start a Claude Code session
5. Error appears: "env: node: No such file or directory"

Expected Behavior

Claude Code should launch successfully

Workaround Found

Modifying the shebang in the Claude Code script from:

#!/usr/bin/env -S node --no-warnings --enable-source-maps

to:

#!/usr/bin/env node

Resolves the issue completely.

Suggested Fix

Claudia could either:

1. Pre-process the Claude Code script to remove the -S flag before execution
2. Use a different execution method that handles the -S flag properly on macOS
3. Document this known issue and workaround in the troubleshooting guide

Additional Context

• node --version works fine in terminal
• /usr/bin/env node --version works fine
• /usr/bin/env -S node --version may fail depending on macOS setup
• Issue persists across reboots and is only resolved by shebang modification
• Setting PATH environment variables in Claudia Settings does not resolve the issue
• This appears to be specific to how macOS handles the -S flag in subprocess execution contexts

I can confirm this issue on my system. The suggested workaround of changing the shebang does NOT work for me.

Environment:

• OS: macOS 15.5 (24F74) on ARM64
• Node: v24.3.0 (via Homebrew)
• npm: 11.4.2
• Claude Code: 1.0.41 (installed globally via npm)
• Installation path: /opt/homebrew/lib/node_modules/@anthropic-ai/claude-code/cli.js

What I tested:

1. Changed shebang from #!/usr/bin/env -S node --no-warnings --enable-source-maps to #!/usr/bin/env node
2. Verified the change works in terminal (claude --version returns 1.0.41 (Claude Code))
3. Tried starting Claude Code session in Claudia - still fails with the same error

Additional findings:

• Claudia's Settings UI incorrectly identifies npm installations as "Homebrew" installations
• The symlink /opt/homebrew/bin/claude points to ../lib/node_modules/@anthropic-ai/claude-code/cli.js
• The shebang modification alone is not sufficient to fix the issue in Claudia

Suboptimal, but if you launch Claudia from the command line, it inherits the terminal's PATH and works fine. Reasonable workaround until the fix is merged.

This works me too on my m1 mac. Launching the application from the commandline at the path path_to_claudia_code/claudia/src-tauri/target/release/claudia

Just confirmed this error. It works if I launch the application from the command line but it feels when I use my automator created run shell script.

After building, I start the application in this way：

1. Open app Automator,
2. Create an Application
3. Actions: Run Shell Script
4. Input Content: /opt/homebrew/bin/fish -c "/Users/grey/GitHub/claudia/src-tauri/target/aarch64-apple-darwin/release/claudia ; exit;"
5. cmd + s, give a name "Claudia"

This is not a perfect solution, I hope this bug will be fixed soon.
