Support for Process.reply()

It seems libprocess has a mechanism for replying to messages directly, though this strictly isn't required for pesos, it'd be nice to have.

Can you elaborate on this? Do you mean local dispatch?

I mean this method. I figured if we had that it might make things simpler to implement inside pesos drivers.
