"Separate housenumber" overrules "separate housenumber addition" #8

Hi!
In the file Wezz_Postcode/js/view/postcode.js the "Separate housenumber addition" setting gets overruled by the "Separate housenumber addition" setting at two places: the if statement starting at line 134 and the if statement starting at line 375! I've already created a pull request for this issue. (#7)
