anvil: silent footgun

`anvil.Parameters` allow setting `silent: true`; however, setting it means that the "Listening on" line never gets printed and thus `process.start` [never resolves](https://github.com/wevm/prool/blob/v0.2.4/src/instances/anvil.ts#L46C37-L46C49). The solution is to not set `silent: true`.
