suggestion: Improve readme

Hello!
Thanks for the amazing work on this repo. Maybe I am just a beginner in using RD and the scripts in here, but I am having really a hard time understanding what the scripts do beside blackhole.
Is it possible to add more comments to them? For example an ELI5 overview for each script would already be great.
Example: What does plex-requests and plex-authentication do? Why would I need them?

This is a part time project and I don't have the capacity to properly write up documentation. Conversation around this project generally happens here, though I'm happy to answer questions wherever I may come across them.

Once you've got clarity, feel free to create a pull request for the readme as it'll be gladly accepted.
