Probably also worthwhile looking at reserving a name in the shell package managers also https://github.com/search?o=desc&q=shell+package+managers&s=stars&type=Repositories , and aim to make it installable via those.

Likewise https://github.com/welbornprod/git-commands could be installable.

https://github.com/HmzAli/aman is the only semi-decent Python alternative I have found so far.

Ruby gem aka2 looks to be quite good.

This particular project might as well be dead. I don't actually use this. I just edit my file manually (it's organized by Alias/Function and alphabetically like Alias Manager started it). The code is a mess, and I don't have much interest in cleaning it up. I may not do a PyPi package for this one, but if someone else wanted to (or even take this whole thing over) I wouldn't mind.

Thanks again for contributing an issue. I'm gonna leave it up until something is done about it.
