[FEATURE]: Add code block to Add Snippet page

Feature Summary

As a user, I want the ability to insert a code block in the Code Snippet textarea so that I can see my code in its preformatted text.

Whether it's with a traditional code block in a text editor or a useState hook to create a state variable codeView toggle, I feel that users would find it more aesthetically pleasing to see their custom code as displayed in their IDE.
