Blogs should have toolbar at the botoom to allow readers to share on social media

For each blog entry at the bottom we should have buttons to share the blog entry on social media channels such as Twitter, LinkedIn

Only Twitter and Facebook are supported out of the box as shown below

But now, for the time being we can go with twitter and add facebook later. For facebook buttons, we need to create an app(appId) to get them working
