integrate with forgejo

hey there,
for tracking purposes: down the road it would be nice to see gradient integrate with popular forges (forgejo, github, ...).
the idea would be if someone pushes a commit to their forge, gradient could handle CI checks, reporting back results (completed/error/wip).

I think we could implement a Gradient-Runner-Adapter that mimics a self-hosted Runner: https://github.com/actions/runner/blob/main/docs/design/auth.md

it would push logs directly to the github frontend for example. Afaik Forgjo and Gitea use the same API. But this is Quite some work.

@KiaraGrouwstra what would you think about a custom action that polls the logs via runner (the other way around)?

A drawback might be that this would cost runner cycles, but this seems like a good first step.

I added GitHub and Gitea (works with Forgio) Reporter, which talks to the correct API endpoints to show if eval and builds are working, everything is configurable in frontend.
