Run query shortcut is not respecting query scope like it used to

Have tracked this down to an issue where quoted strings are treated differently in postgres 9.x and Redshift. Matt\'s is an invalid postgres string literal, but a valid redshift one, and it messes up Wagon's ability to separate queries.
